A member of the interpretation staff, in period dress, is committed to visit your classes with her trunk full of various items from our Acadian ancestors. A wonderful opportunity for young folk to discover the life and culture of Acadians in the 19th century.
Wool: "The Magic Spinning Wheel" Nursery school, grades 1 and 2
With stories and songs, children find out about the processing of wool.

Here is a fine opportunity for your class to participate actively in the life of Acadia in th 19th century. From nursery school to grade 4, workshops and a visit on the farm will open a window for you on the daily life of our ancestors.

With the help of activities, objects and explanations, pupils will get a general picture of the life of children in the old days.
